Meet our heart-led teachers & facilitators
Rooted in experience
Each facilitator has walked their healing path. That’s what makes their guidance so grounded, real, and transformative.
Blending science & practice
Our teachers combine ancient wisdom with modern knowledge: from energy work to neuroscience, psychotherapy, and nutrition.
Creating a safe space
Whether through breath, sound, movement, or stillness, every class is created to help you reconnect with your strength and joy.
“Our teachers are our community pillars. Experience is important, but the desire to be present for others is what I look for. Safety and calm are what make our studio stand out among others.

Amanda Jane-Louise Carrick
Sound Healer
-
Amanda Jane-Louise is a CMA-certified Sound Healer based in London, creating forest-inspired sensory experiences that invite people to slow down, regulate their nervous system and reconnect with themselves. Her practice combines crystal singing bowls, copper singing bowls and shamanic instruments with guided forest visualisations to create immersive sound journeys that cultivate rest, presence and reconnection.
-
Drawing on a lifelong background in music — BA Music from Cardiff University and MA Musicology from King's College London — Amanda brings both technical understanding and deep sensitivity to the emotional and physical experience of sound. Alongside her practice she works in technology and policy focused on women's safety, health and equity. This perspective informs everything she creates: her belief that feeling safe is fundamental, not only within our communities but within our bodies. Her work explores the relationship between external systems and inner experience, creating spaces where people can pause, reconnect and return to the world feeling more grounded.

Kind words from our community
A sanctuary for the overworked, the over-connected, and the under-nourished.
Nestled in East London’s Caxton Works, Luv Yourself Space was created from a single, powerful idea: that reconnection is the cure to our stress and disconnection.
This isn’t just a wellness studio. It’s a home for the soul. A place where movement, stillness, sound, and energy meet. Where you can breathe, soften, move, cry, laugh, or simply be.
Whether you come to rest or awaken, to reset or remember, this is your space to land.
