Natalia is the heart behind Luv Yourself Space and Kundalini Activation IDA. A lifelong bodyworker and energy intuitive, her journey blends science, movement, and deep energetic presence. Her work is rooted in self-remembering, transformation, and the liberation of inner power and truth.

Harriet comes to yoga from a life of dance. She’s performed all over the world and extensively in London’s West End. Her journey into yoga began whilst in full-time dance training and has remained a pillar in keeping both her body and mind healthy throughout her career. Having trained as a yoga teacher in India, Yogic philosophy is at the heart of her teachings.
