    Flow & Align Yoga

    An energising Vinyasa class, designed to help you align movement with breath in a peaceful and supportive environment. We will flow through creative sequencing in a steady rhythm, guiding you into presence, while building heat, flexibility, and strength. All levels are welcome, each class encourages presence and softness, leaving you feeling energised and grounded.

    Yin/Restorative Yoga Flow

    Discover the soothing benefits of our Yin/Restorative flow, which combines the teachings of both styles to offer deep relaxation and support. Expect to hold each pose for longer periods, allowing props to fully support your body and enhance your practice. Suitable for everyone, including beginners and those with injuries, this class focuses on gentle, supported postures to ease stress, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.     Unwind & Restore Yoga Flow

    Unwind from your day with gentle movement + deep rest. The perfect transition into your evening. We start with gentle standing and seated flows to help your body let go of tension, warm your joints, and open tight areas. Then we shift into stillness, longer, supported Yin poses using bolsters, blocks, and blankets. You're simply allowing gravity and time to do the work while your nervous system downshifts and your body softens. Active release followed by deep rest. You can actually feel yourself melting.

    Pilates Foundational Flow

    This Pilates class focuses on the foundational principles of Pilates, guiding you through slow, controlled movements and gentle stretches. Designed to support, stabilise, and strengthen your body. This class is perfect for those of all levels whether you are new to Pilates or looking to reconnect with the basics. Leave feeling more grounded, aligned, and rejuvenated.

    Sound Bath, Yin & Tea

    A cosy evening ritual: herbal tea, restorative poses & healing sound. We begin with complimentary herbal tea and slow breathing. Then a few gentle Yin poses, fully supported with props to open your shoulders, chest, hips, and lower back. You hold each pose for several minutes, creating space and letting tension dissolve. Finally, pure stillness: lie down under blankets while healing sound vibrations wash through the room. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and softer.

    Chakra Yoga Flow

    Chakras are the energy centers within your body that influence how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally. In this uplifting and beginner-friendly series, we’ll explore each of the seven chakras through yoga poses, breathwork, and self-awareness, helping you release what’s stuck and reconnect with what matters.     Mindful Yoga Flow

    Experience the soothing rhythm of our Mindful Flow class, a calming Vinyasa session designed to foster mindfulness and fluidity. Move through slow, deliberate postures that connect breath with movement, allowing you to explore each pose with intention. Perfect for all levels, including beginners and those seeking a mindful practice, this class focuses on alignment and relaxation while maintaining a gentle, flowing pace. Find balance and tranquility as you unwind and rejuvenate.

    Flow to Restore Yoga

    In this gentle, vinyasa-inspired class, you’ll be guided by the breath and move with curiosity: flowing between poses, pausing to feel, and tuning into your body’s unique rhythm. The focus is on how you feel, not how it looks. Each pose is an invitation to explore, not a shape to perfect.

    Themes may be inspired by the seasons, the chakras, or specific areas of the body such as the hips, heart, or shoulders. All levels are welcome.

    A gentle class that helps to increase physical strength, promote relaxation and relieve pregnancy-related ailments. Each session explores breath, pelvic floor exercises, meditations, and sisterhood support to help you prepare for a calm birth and postpartum. Suitable from 13+ weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Get the answers you need about our wellness studio and our classes.

  • Yes, of course. Founded in 2024, Luv Yourself Space is built on safety, respect, and kindness — physically, energetically, and within our community.

  • The earliest classes start at 9 am on Saturday, and the latest during the week is at 7:45 pm.

  • We run weekly classes Monday to Saturday at present. More events are happening throughout the week. Check our special events schedule here.

  • Our magic number is eight, plus we have a few cover teachers. Find your cup of tea and learn more about teachers here.

  • This can vary from time to time. But rest assured our luvly teachers will guide you on the day to the correct space.

  • Yes. Our downstairs studio is wheelchair accessible, and we’re proud to have already welcomed students with different abilities. Many classes can be adapted to suit individual needs — just let us know in advance so we can support you best.

  • There’s space for 46 mats downstairs, however, our classes aren’t usually as crowded as that. That said, even when we’re fully booked, there’s a lot of space to roam - think industrial space with high ceilings.

  • For health and safety reasons, all class and event bookings must be made under the attendee’s own full legal name.

    Bookings made under another person’s name (such as a partner, friend, or family member) are not permitted. This ensures accurate records for liability, insurance, and emergency purposes. Attendees may be refused entry if their booking details do not match their identity.

    That said, you can absolutely buy a membership or class for a friend or loved one - simply input their name when making the purchase.

  • Everyone starts somewhere. Even if you’ve never done a yoga class or energy work workshop before, you’re very welcome. We’ve got you.

  • You just need to bring yourself, a bottle of water, and good energy. We’re very proud to offer outstanding yoga equipment made from cork, along with all the necessary props.

  • Yes, that’s fine. The intro offer is a one-time welcome to explore the space, with no obligation to continue afterward. Simply cancel the membership after your fourth class, at least three days before the renewal date.

  • Ideally, yes, booking in advance secures your spot. You’re also welcome to walk in at least 15 minutes before the class starts and book on the spot. If a space is available, you’ll be welcome to join.

  • Calm, welcoming, and soul-nourishing — think soft lighting, plants, music, and a community built on kindness.

  • Arriving by public transport:

    • Canning Town station (DLR and Jubilee line) - 4 mins walk

    • Royal Victoria station (DLR) - 5 mins walk from

    • Custom House station (DLR and Elizabeth line) - 15 mins walk or buses 474 and 147 (check your route beforehand)

    Arriving by car:

    We have space right outside of the entrance for you to offload, however we do not have free parking.

    Morrisons offers FREE parking for up to 2 hours. You can find some spots on nearby roads and park for up to 4 hours. Or park at Holiday Inn just around the corner at a rate of £15 for 10 hours (paid at the hotel).

Our London studio etiquette

We keep the space clean, considerate, and calm. Please review our guidelines before you visit.

1) Booking, cancellations & refunds

  • Classes: cancel up to 5 hours before start via the online system - credits are returned (no refunds on class passes).

  • Memberships/roll-on: you can cancel, but email ≥3 working days before renewal; no partial refunds after a payment is taken.

  • Workshops/events: full refunds ≥7 days out or within 7 days when a waitlist fills your spot or with a doctor’s note (20% admin fee).

  • Intro offer: one-time only, valid 30 days, excludes events, courses, and workshops.

2) Studio etiquette & attendance

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early - late arrivals may be refused to avoid disruption.

  • No shoes in either studio and phones on silent.

  • Equipment is provided, and hands-on assistance is optional - tell your teacher about injuries/special needs.

  • Bookings have to be made under your own name. Bookings made under another person’s name (such as a partner, friend, or family member) are not permitted.

3) Safety, accessibility & liability

  • The ground floor space is accessible, while the upstairs Industrial Vibe space is not.

  • Look after personal items - even though we lock the doors during events and take all necessary precautions, the studio isn’t liable for lost property.

  • Participation is at your own risk. While unlikely, you accept risks and release Luv Yourself Ltd from liability for injuries or illness.
