Gift Store Terms

We believe every item in our store carries a little bit of magic — chosen with care, intention, and Luv.

To help make your shopping experience smooth and clear, here are the terms that guide how we handle orders, returns, and everything in between.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within [UK only / selected regions]. Orders are processed within 5 business days. Shipping times vary by location but are typically [2–5 working days].

2. Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully happy with your item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

We are unable to offer returns on opened ritual items (e.g. palo santo, oils), worn jewellery, or sale items.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if anything arrives damaged or incorrect. We will do our best to make it right.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. Secure payments are processed via [Shopify / Stripe / PayPal — use what applies].

6. Product Descriptions

We aim to describe all items as accurately as possible. Many of our products are handmade or one-of-a-kind, and natural variation may occur — it’s part of the magic.

7. Gifting

If you're purchasing a gift, let us know at checkout — we’ll wrap it with extra care. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
