Important Notes: Only one discount per booking. Space is limited to a maximum of 40 people for an intimate experience. All tickets include activities, materials, and meals.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Bookings made more than 60 days before the start date are refunded in full minus a small admin fee (£50 ).
Cancellations made 60–30 days before the start date receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.
You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at any time (name change required).
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.**
**Early Bird Duo Ticket – Terms
The Early Bird Duo is a discounted bundle for two attendees and must be purchased together in one booking/transaction.
If one attendee can no longer attend, you may transfer their place to another person at no charge (please email us the replacement details, no later than 48 hours before the event start date).
If no replacement is provided and one attendee cancels, the remaining attendee’s place will be repriced to the Standard single ticket (£750) and the difference must be paid within 48 hours of our confirmation. If the difference is not paid, the remaining booking may be cancelled.
Refund policy applies as standard: cancellations 60–30 days before the event receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
